Every program lists distance, surface, meet time (Eastern), and fee. We coordinate walks—we do not provide medical or fitness outcome services.

Weekday programs meet from our Granada Blvd lobby unless noted.

START

Granada starter loop

Mon · Wed · Fri at 6:15 AM. Paved 2.4 miles, two pace bands, water at minute twenty. Host carries route card and first-aid pouch.

Included: lobby briefing, name tag, optional cool-down sheet.

MIX

Mobility Tuesday add-on

Same loop plus resistance bands in the courtyard. Bands provided; bring your own mat if you prefer floor work.

Duration: walk plus 15 minutes structured movement.

SHORE

Thursday shore stretch

Carpool from suite lobby at 6:00 AM. Sandy segments optional; shorter boardwalk variant always available.

Returns: lobby by 7:10 AM for commuters.

LONG

Saturday community anchor

7:00 AM extended route with two history pause points led by rotating guest guides. Ends with shared fruit table in lobby.

Capacity: fourteen walkers; reserve via contact form.

How placement works

After you contact us, we suggest a group based on your schedule and surface preference—not athletic history. You may switch groups twice per month when space allows, without buying a new pass.
